When you meet someone you know is going to be an instant friend, its a rare thing. When Annie and I decided to have lunch one day after my countless visits to Cara’s Boutique (yes I spend way to much time there.) and our mutual work with the photography world Annie wanted to get some advice on photography and from the first almost two and half hour lunch I knew we’d be more than just business friends.
So when Annie sent me a text wanting to know if what dates I had left in November when she got engaged in early May of this year, I was so nervous because I had only one date available for November. So when she sent her date my way (yes I might have had a slight fit if I wasn’t going to be able to shoot it) and I was available we both knew it was a Jesus collaboration.
This day was nothing short of exquisite. It was simply brought together in touches of black and white with hints of blush in every beautifully decorated detail. Annie is the epitome of just class. So from her off the shoulder lace dress to her black elegant stunning bridesmaids dresses everything was perfection. Even down to the groomsmen killing a white tuxedo!!!!
It was a day filled with moments of pure emotions and love. From Annie’s first look with her brothers since her Dad has passed away two years ago, to the sweet glances of a flower girl who could only dream about her special day in the future, it was a wedding I like to call the “jam”.
It held all the beautiful moments, details, touching stories, people, laughter and fun all wrapped into a spectacular day of love. Annie & Nathan I wish you both nothing but the very best. May God bless all that’s ahead and may these moments be a forever joy in your hearts. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing me for your day!
